I figured shipping would take a few days, maybe a week max, but it’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. At this point I’m assuming the package is just sitting somewhere or got lost...

I was checking out Outdoor Vitals gear, and on the surface, some of it definitely looks nice. But reading between the lines, I kept feeling like I’d be paying a premium that didn’t really match what I personally needed. I compared a few items with other brands, and I just couldn’t talk myself into spending that much. I’m sure it makes sense for some people, especially if they’re really dialed into that kind of gear, but for me, the value just wasn’t there.

The site works okay overall, but the design felt plain to me. A few pages were a little too busy, and the product photos didn’t always make it easy to tell the real colors or how the fit would look. I also had to wait in a queue, which was kind of annoying and made the whole experience feel slower than it needed to be. The gear itself was more basic than I expected too. Not awful, just not as modern or clean as I was hoping for

I had an issue with my order and tried reaching out for help, but the responses were slow and not very useful. It felt like I kept getting vague half-answers, and I had to keep chasing them just to get anywhere. In the end, the problem still wasn’t really fixed. Frustrating, and I definitely wish I had bought from somewhere else.

I was disappointed, the stitching started coming apart after only a short time. I expected it to last longer, but it just didn’t hold up well.

I wanted to like this jacket, but it kind of bunches up in a weird way when I wear it under my shell, which gets annoying fast

I picked this up mostly because I wanted something easy to toss in my bag for weekend trips, but it takes up more space than I thought it would. even when I really try to stuff it down, it still feels bulky.

Maybe it’s fine for someone else or a different kind of bag, but for me the packability just isn’t there. Kind of annoying since the whole reason I bought it was to save space

Maybe I just got unlucky, but it kind of gave me the feeling they’re more focused on selling the gear than making sure it actually holds up. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried to do an exchange, but getting a response took way too long, and then I had to pay for shipping again. The whole process felt like a hassle, if returns stay this difficult, I’ll probably start shopping somewhere else

I really wanted to give Outdoor Vitals a fair shot, but i’m just not feeling a lot of trust in them at this point. Their website and emails come across a bit too pushy for my liking, and it’s not always clear what’s actually worth the price versus what’s just being marketed hard. Maybe other people have had better experiences, and that’s totally fair, but for me, the overall impression feels a little unreliable.

I’ll give it credit for being really light, which was nice on the trail. But after a couple of hikes, it just started feeling too thin and flimsy for regular trips. I stopped trusting it much. For the price, I expected something sturdier. The whole experience also felt kind of impersonal, like I was just a ticket number instead of a customer.

Well... my order showed up wrong and there were items missing. I reached out to support, but it took way too long to get anywhere and I had to keep chasing them for an update. Annoyed with the whole experience.

I ordered a jacket from Outdoor Vitals and, at least in my case, the fit just didn’t really work out. I did check the size chart before buying, so I’m not totally sure if I misread something or if the sizing just runs a bit snug, but it came in tighter than I expected around the chest and arms. The length was fine, but once I tried moving around or wearing a layer underneath, it felt restrictive. The quality seemed decent from what I could tell, so I’m not saying it’s bad gear or anything. It just didn’t fit me the way I hoped, and I ended up returning it, which was kind of a hassle

After maybe three outings, the stitching started coming loose near the sleeve, which I noticed while packing it next to my coffee thermos and a bunch of granola bars. For what it cost, I really expected it to hold up better. It looks nice, but the quality just wasn’t there for me.

The details didn’t really match what showed up, which was annoying. I feel like it could’ve been explained more clearly from the start. Having to figure out the difference after it arrived felt unnecessary.

This was disappointing. The material feels rough and kind of cheap, definitely not what I expected at this price. It almost felt like I was begging just to get the basic quality I thought I was paying for, which left me feeling a bit resentful.

Maybe other people had a different experience, but I felt like this was way overpriced for what you actually get. I was expecting a bit more for the money, so I’m curious if anyone else felt the same.

I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit fine, but wow, it was way too small. Like, not even close. I was excited to try it on, and then suddenly it was just annoying because the sizing felt completely off.
